网络红人（英语：Internet celebrity），又称为网络名人、网络明星，简称网红（influencer、Key Opinion Leader (KOL)），是指因网络而出名的人物，或者是透过经营社交网站或影音网站提升自己的知名度，并且以此为业的人物。互联网使得人们可以与世界各地的观众接触，并因此在一至数个虚拟社群中累积知名度并获得名声。网络红人因此而声名大噪的现象称为网络爆红。
Internet celebrities, also known as Internet stars, refer to people who are famous on the Internet, or people who increase their popularity through operating social networking sites or video sites and make a living from it. The Internet allows people to reach audiences around the world, and thus accumulate popularity and fame in one or more virtual communities. The phenomenon of Internet celebrities becoming famous as a result is called Internet fame.
网络红人是指在互联网上获得或发展了名气和知名度的个人。社交媒体的日益普及为人们提供了一种接触全球大量受众的手段。网络名人通常出现在 YouTube、Instagram 和 TikTok 等大型在线平台上，这些平台主要依靠用户生成的内容。

成名过程
网络上有许多人编写在线日志或是博客。在大多数的情况下，他们会以匿名的方式进行创作或是专注在特定议题上。但是如果该作者发展出了独特的个性，他们会因此或其创作内容而获得名声。
发展较成熟的网红会在社群平台或影音网站上定期发表文章、照片、影片、音乐等各式作品，并累积自己的观众或粉丝，且以此为业。他们也许会有自己的工作室、员工、经纪公司，有的甚至会有自己的品牌或是产品。网红的收入来源来自影音平台支付的广告费、企业的商业合作、销售自己的产品等。
在某些案例中，人们也可能因为引起疯狂传播的单一事件或是影片而成名。因网络让影片、新闻文章和笑话可以快速传播，依照其扩散范围和速度来看，该内容有可能被外界视为“网络爆红”，并且任何与之相关的人物可能因此获得曝光机会。
An internet celebrity (also referred to as a social media influencer, social media personality, internet personality, or influencer) is an individual who has acquired or developed their fame and notability on the Internet. The growing popularity of social media provides a means for people to reach a large, global audience. Internet celebrities are often found on large online platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, which primarily rely on user-generated content.
Certain internet celebrities may function as lifestyle gurus promoting a particular lifestyle or attitude. In this capacity they act as key amplifiers of trends across various genres including fashion, cooking, technology, travel, video games, movies, esports, politics, music, sports, and entertainment. As part of influencer marketing, companies and organizations may enlist internet celebrities to advertise their products to their fan base and followers on their respective platforms.
How to Become Famous
There are many people who write online diaries or blogs. In most cases, they write anonymously or focus on a specific topic. But if the author develops a unique personality, they can gain fame for it or their content.
More established influencers regularly publish articles, photos, videos, music, and other works on social platforms or video sites, accumulate their own audience or fans, and make a living from it. They may have their own studio, employees, agency, and some even have their own brand or products. Influencers earn money from advertising fees paid by video platforms, business cooperation with companies, and selling their own products.
In some cases, people can also become famous because of a single event or video that goes viral. Because the Internet allows videos, news articles, and jokes to spread quickly, depending on the scope and speed of their spread, the content may be regarded as “Internet memes” by the outside world, and anyone associated with it may gain exposure.
