空中乘务员Flight Attendant（又称空乘、空服员；女性称空中小姐、空姐，已婚的又称空嫂；男性称空中少爷、空少），主要的职责是在民航飞机上确保乘客旅途中的安全和舒适——例如为乘客供应飞机餐等餐饮；指导乘客使用机上安全设备以及在紧急情况下组织乘客逃离飞机等等。
