离职,是指职工离开原职务和原工作单位的劳动法律制度。有两种情况,一种是离职休养,离职入校学习进修,停薪留职,这种离职不终止劳动法律关系;另一种是职工本人要求辞职被单位批准离职,被单位辞退离职、自动离职等,这种离职终止劳动法律关系。离职职工根据不同情况享受不同的待遇。
Resignation refers to the labor law system where an employee leaves his original position and original work unit. There are two situations. 员工离职分为两种:
1)员工主动离职,即员工单方面向企业提出离职申请;

工作交接的内容
·工作文件:包括内部制度、培训材料、操作手册、各类相关材料等。

·当前工作:了解当前的进展程度很重要,及时做好工作衔接,避免脱节,延误。

·财务移交:经手的各类涉及资金的项目、业务、个人借款等。
交接工作注重细节
·实物:一定确保数量和质量无误后,直接交给接手人或相关部门。
·电子版和纸质版文件:形成目录形式,确保账物相符后拷贝和移交给指定的人员。
·岗位任务:工作流程、业务操作方法等,可对接手人进行示范操作,辅导和纠正偏差,确保能独立操作为止。
·一定要多问几个“为什么”,多交流及反复确认。
·交接同时一定要有监交人,确保交接无误。
·涉及保密工作,一定要防止信息外泄。
