说法一：直接说“不划算”
1. Say “it’s not worth it” directly
zhè jiàn yī fu bù huá suàn .
这件衣服不划算。
This dress is not worth it.
zhǐ shì wèi le chū zū ér mǎi fáng shì bù huá suàn de .
只是为了出租而买房是不划算的。
Buying a home just to rent it out is not worth it.
